4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a partial/full refund based on the damage assessment.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.
Shine Topis is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
